A Temporary Creative Base
Factory BCN offers a limited Creative Residency designed for designers and multidisciplinary creatives who wish to develop their work within an active creative environment.
More than accommodation, the residency provides the opportunity to live and work within the same ecosystem — integrating studio practice, independent development and daily creative exchange.
The experience is structured yet autonomous, allowing residents to maintain their own rhythm while remaining connected to Factory’s ongoing activities.

The residency is particularly suited for:

Factory is not a shared apartment nor a student residence.
