Art Studio
The beating heart of Factory, where contemporary art is conceived, created, and shared.
The Vision Behind the Studio
Factory Art Studio was born from the creative urgency of artist and designer Riccardo Lopez, aka White Rabbit — a functional, ever-evolving workspace tailored to his multidisciplinary practice: painting, drawing, assembling, experimenting, where ideas take form in real time and nothing is ever entirely finished. But this is more than a personal studio. From the very beginning, Factory was conceived as a space open to others — a place designed to host dialogue and collaboration between artists, designers, sculptors, photographers and creatives from all disciplines. What started as one artist’s working environment gradually grew into something larger: a living creative hub, shaped as much by exchange as by solitary practice. Today, the studio welcomes guest artists, residencies and experimental collaborations, each bringing their own language into a shared space. Every corner of Factory is conceived as an evolving canvas — walls, tables and tools that shift and adapt as new work takes form. Ideas are not planned in isolation here; they unfold in real time, and creative exchanges take shape naturally, one project after another.
The Artist — Riccardo Lopez / White Rabbit
Mixing chaos and elegance since 1999.
Riccardo Lopez, known as White Rabbit, is an Italian painter, graphic designer and street artist based in Barcelona. His work moves fluidly between painting, drawing, graphic design and graffiti — disciplines he treats not as separate practices, but as different expressions of the same restless creative energy. His path has never followed a straight line. Trained first in graphic design and advertising, Riccardo spent years developing a visual sensibility through commercial work and interior set design, before turning fully toward painting and drawing through self-taught practice and continuous experimentation. That period of study — patient, solitary, largely self-directed — laid the technical foundation for everything that followed. It was in Ibiza, where he lived and worked for five years, that his practice found its most distinctive voice, evolving into an intense and prolific engagement with street art. Since 2017, Barcelona has become the base for his studio and street practice alike — a city where painting, exhibition and public intervention now coexist as part of a single, ongoing body of work. Today, as founder and resident artist of Factory BCN, Riccardo continues to develop new collections and collaborative projects, treating the studio itself as an extension of his practice — a space where ideas are tested, layered and allowed to evolve in real time.
From Advertising to the Streets
After yeaBefore canvas and street walls became his primary medium, Riccardo built a career in advertising, graphic design, and interior set design. This commercial background developed his sharp understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. However, the urge for unconstrained expression led him away from agency desks toward the raw immediacy of public spaces. During a formative five-year period in Ibiza, his work evolved into a prolific engagement with street art—using the island’s textures and surfaces as a testing ground for large-scale visual interventions.rs of self-taught drawing and painting practice, Riccardo left behind a career in advertising graphics and set design to dedicate himself fully to art. In Ibiza, he created White Rabbit — a name chosen for its meaning of leading “Alice” into the dream, and one that would become his permanent signature. In 2017, he moved to Barcelona, where his practice intensified across both street art and studio painting.
Two Bodies of Work
Riccardo’s practice moves through two main lines: The White Rabbit Revolution and The Contemporary Masks. Though united by the same recognizable style and touch, the two collections differ in approach — from the sharp, ironic charm of rabbit-eared characters to the depth and sense of infinity found in the faces of African children raised in war-torn countries.
Style & Influence
His visual language draws first from American Pop Art, later from the English graffiti school of the late 1990s — vivid colors, recognizable icons, and an ironic, critical view of contemporary culture. Beneath this lies a humanistic sensibility and a strong social conscience, transforming pop influence into a personal language that moved his practice from studio painting into the streets.
Artevistas Gallery
Since July 2021, Riccardo Lopez has been officially represented by Artevistas Gallery, with exclusive sales rights over part of his work across Barcelona. Artevistas was the gallery that first believed in White Rabbit, giving his work its first official market valuation — a relationship that, five years on, has grown into something far more personal than professional.

GUEST ARTISTS
Factory’s residency program offers selected artists the opportunity to develop their personal practice within a shared, multidisciplinary environment. Each resident brings their own vision, contributing to the collective energy that defines the Factory Art Studio.
Resident Artist — Eva Collados
Visual Artist - Painter
Eva Collados is a visual artist based in Barcelona, whose work explores the energy that moves human beings and the universal principles connecting them. Her practice moves between painting, collage, photography and digital drawing, creating a vibrant, symbolic and colorful visual language. In her recent work, Eva has turned her artistic research toward the study of polarity — the shared patterns that shape a multidimensional reality, where what we perceive depends on where we choose to look from. In her current phase, her interest centers on the energy that drives life, human emotion and shared consciousness, approached with a lucid, sensitive and often ironic gaze. Her work becomes a meeting point between opposites: the visible and the invisible, the sacred and the everyday, the self and the other, the conscious and the unconscious. Through color and symbol, she invites us to recognize that, at our core, “we are all the same.”
EXHIBITIONS & PROJECTS
The Factory Art Studio regularly transforms into a gallery and event space. Here, new collections are unveiled, pop-up exhibitions are curated, and artworks are made accessible to collectors and the public. These encounters allow visitors to experience art in its raw and authentic form — directly from the artist’s workspace.
From Canvas to Collector
Beyond its exhibitions and residencies, Factory Art Studio also offers commissioned works and custom art projects. At Factory’s Art Studio, every piece is conceived with authenticity and originality. Beyond the collections on display, we also welcome custom commissions — from large-scale paintings to conceptual works tailored to personal spaces, events, or corporate environments. Whether you’re an art lover seeking a one-of-a-kind piece or a brand looking to collaborate with a contemporary artist, our studio is open to new creative challenges. Each work is made to resonate — visually and emotionally — with those who choose it.
